Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee dining room, banquets and lounge operations. You will ensure guests have a pleasant, memorable experience by leading service teams, maintaining high standards and coordinating with the Food & Beverage Manager.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in serving, bartending, or supervisory roles in casual dining, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years serving, bartending or supervisory experience required in a casual restaurant setting.
• Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
• Professional appearance appropriate for a casual dining establishment.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; lift 30 pounds.
• Must have teaching and motivational skills. Be considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow employees.
• Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively.
• Must have time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room, banquet and bar staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage Manager; communicate guest needs.
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of dining areas.
• Handle guest complaints according to policies.
• Train and mentor staff on service standards and use of POS system.
• Maintain uniform standards and professionalism.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily pre-shift meetings.
