Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure guests have a pleasant, memorable experience across dining room, banquets and lounge. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires leadership, punctuality and outstanding service.

The position demands at least 2 years in serving, bartending or supervisory roles in casual settings, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years serving, bartending or supervisory experience in a casual restaurant setting.
• Professional, articulate, friendly and punctual.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; lift up to 30 pounds.
• Proficient in POS systems, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the dining room, banquet and bar staff and maintain uniform standards.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage Manager and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Manage guest reservations and seating, check tables for guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints according to policies and procedures.
• Inspect dining room, banquet/meeting rooms, lounge and service areas for cleanliness and safety.
