Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Pocono Manor, PA is seeking F&B Service Staff to support busser, food runner, and host/ess roles. You will work with the front-of-house team to clean and reset tables, deliver orders accurately, and provide welcoming, responsive service to guests.

Hourly wages vary and may include tips; prior front-of-house experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and participation in a values-driven team.

Competenze

General front-of-house knowledge with at least 1 year preferred.

Ability to communicate with guests and associates and work with resort management.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Service Staff.

As a Busser, you will work closely with the front ofhouseteam to ensure that tables are cleaned/sanitized quickly, communicating that the table is ready for use again.

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests in an accurateand quick manner.

As a Host/ess, you will be responsible for welcoming guests into the restaurant, assigning them tables, and working with the front of house team to ensure tables are cleaned and accurately flipped in the system.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations ofdelivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests in an accurateand quick manner
Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort services and activities
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverage, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to their needs and requests
Take dirty tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in the appropriate areas for washing
Communicate with server and hostess/host to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave and between seating , promptly clean tabletops , chairs and booths.Check floor and clean as required.Reset and arrange tabletop

What We’re Looking For

General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Must be able to frequently communicate and develop rapport with guests and associates and have a working relationship with the resort management team
