Kalahari Resorts & Conventions seeks F&B Service Staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our dining outlets. You will support bussing, serving, and hosting tasks while embracing our Promise to lead with love.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Service Staff.

As a Busser, you will work closely with the front ofhouseteam to ensure that tables are cleaned/sanitized quickly, communicating that the table is ready for use again .

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible fordelivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests inan accurateand quick manner .

As a Host/essyou will be responsible for welcoming guests into the restaurant, assigning them tables, and working with the front of house team to ensure tables are cleaned and accurately flipped in the system.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests

Hourly wages do vary and may include tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ofdelivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests inan accurateand quick manner
• Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort services and activities
• Monitor andobserveguestsdining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverage, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to their needs and requests
• Take dirty tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in theappropriate areasfor washing
• Communicate with server andhostess/host to assure efficient seating, tableutilizationand customer servic e
• Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave and b etween seating , promptly clean tabletops , chairs and booths.Check floor and clean as required.Reset and arrange tabletop

What We’re Looking For

• General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred
• A leadership stylerootedin collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Mustbe able tofrequentlycommunicate and develop rapport with guests and associates and have a working relationship with the resort management team
