Job summary

Ski Utah in Utah is seeking a Purchasing & Receiving Manager to lead purchasing and receiving for the Food & Beverage department, oversee on-mountain Haul Cat operations, and coordinate PO and invoice processes. This role works closely with the Executive Chef, Directors, and F&B leadership to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented with experience in food & beverage operations, possess strong English communication, and capable of managing multiple

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of purchasing & receiving experience or relevant food & beverage operations experience.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Utah Food Handler’s Permit.
• SIPS & TIPS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and receiving functions of the Food & Beverage department.
• Oversee on-mountain Haul Cat Operations and logistics.
• Work with Executive Chef, Directors, and F&B leadership to address operational issues and strategies.
• Maintain purchasing records and ensure PO and invoice processes.
• Ensure food safety and HACCP standards.
