Job summary

White Lodging in Indianapolis is seeking a Purchasing and Receiving Supervisor to oversee all food and beverage procurement, receiving, storage, and inventory processes in the hotel. You will streamline duties for ordering, planning, and QA to support hotel operations.

The role requires strong leadership to minimize shrinkage, ensure compliance with Avendra program, and collaborate with the accounting team on month-end close. Proficiency with Clearsky and other store systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or preferred; hotel/restaurant experience asset.
• 1+ year purchasing/receiving experience is an asset; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise purchasing, receiving, and storage for all F&B products.
• Maintain 95% compliance with Avendra program.
• Assist with month-end inventories and data recording.
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure a smooth month-end process.
• Lead daily operations in Clearsky and related systems.
