Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is seeking an AM/PM Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the hotel’s outlets. You will lead staff, drive sales targets, monitor inventory, and uphold brand standards while resolving guest concerns to ensure smooth and profitable service.

Responsibilities include conducting shift meetings, scheduling, coaching, maintaining grooming and cleanliness, managing POS and cash drops, and ensuring sanitation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail or food and beverage environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and basic financial/math skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and daily expectations.
• Schedule employees, track time and attendance, and process payroll/labor reports.
• Train new team members, provide coaching, and assist management with performance reviews.
• Monitor grooming, uniform standards, and morale.
• Lead floor walks to ensure merchandising and cleanliness.
• Manage POS transactions, cash drops, and reconcile daily sales.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure sanitation, alcohol, and safety regulations are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels, receive stock, and replenish as needed.
• Conduct audits to minimize shrinkage and track variance.
• Review sales reports to identify performance trends and opportunities.
