Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Denver under Pyramid Global Hospitality. The supervisor will oversee F&B service across multiple venue locations (Grounded, the Hub, Characters, and Knife & Board), resolve guest and employee issues, manage cash handling, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage service across all properties.
• Resolve employee and guest related problems and enforce guest inebriation policies.
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of F&B products, menus, wine, beer, and liquor.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance on service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist management with beverage controls, scheduling, payroll, ordering, and attend mandatory meetings.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of food and beverage experience with supervisory background.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to enforce standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

Salary: $22.00 per hour. Additional benefits are provided by Pyramid Global Hospitality (health insurance, retirement, paid time off, etc.).
