Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Carson is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to manage day-to-day operations across all outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and room service. You will hire, train, and supervise the F&B staff, drive profitability, and maintain service standards aligned with hotel branding.

The role requires strong budgeting, cost-control skills, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. This on-site position reports to the Food & Beverage leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent with minimum related experience.
• Experience leading multiple F&B outlets in a hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, room service and pantry.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage F&B staff to ensure high service standards.
• Control beverage costs and inventory across outlets; ensure brand compliance and guest satisfaction.
