Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring an Outlets Supervisor for the DoubleTree by Hilton Denver in the F&B department. You will lead service across multiple outlets, resolve guest and staff issues, and ensure proper cash handling while maintaining high standards of guest experience.

You will supervise daily operations, train team members, and support scheduling, payroll, and inventory tasks to uphold the company’s standards and drive outstanding hospitality across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in F&B with previous supervisory experience.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B service in Grounded, the Hub, Characters, and Knife & Board.
• Resolve employee and guest-related issues and handle crowd and guest concerns.
• Apply proper cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Display and utilize knowledge of F&B products, menus, ingredients, beer, wine, and liquor.
• Demonstrate guest service skills and train staff on service standards.
