Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Denver, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a highly motivated Outlets Supervisor in our Food and Beverage team. You will lead service across Grounded, the Hub, Characters, and Knife & Board, ensure efficient operations, and train staff to meet service standards.

The role requires 2-3 years in F&B with supervisory experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in F&B with previous supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B service in Grounded, the Hub, Characters, and Knife & Board.
• Resolve employee and guest-related problems.
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Display knowledge of F&B products, including menu, ingredients, beer, wine, and liquor.
• Train staff on service standards and procedures and lead by example.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
