Qualifications

• Must have an engaging, welcoming personality and professional Bartender certification/licensure.
• Strong knowledge of current mixology trends and beverage trends.
• Ability to describe drinks, upsell, and guide guests through the beverage journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper setup of the bar daily.
• Guide guests on beverage journey with descriptive menu selling.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Master the bar details to enhance conversation with guests.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to leave them satisfied.
• Close the experience with timely, accurate bill presentation.
• Stock beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes daily to ensure quality.
• Input orders and balance checks at point of sale.
