Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, arrange tables, silverware, napkins, and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays, and assist with food service.
• Break down and clean up; reset venues for next events.
• Clean back hall, organize storerooms, and stock workstations.
• Prepare AM/PM break stations with drinks and snacks.
• Assist event room setup according to meal periods and needs.
• Perform condiments prep, coffee, and beverage station duties.
• Serve guests and maintain table sanitation and organization.
• Explain menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients.
• Address dietary requests and guest special needs.
• Provide general property information and warm guest welcomes.
• Coordinate with staff and other departments as needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and quality of service.
• Ensure safety and report hazards promptly.
