Job summary

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia seeks a Director of Outlets to lead and elevate all F&B outlets and pool operations. You will guide Outlet Managers, set goals, mentor staff, and develop training plans to ensure exceptional service and brand standards for Prado, M Bar, Taqueria Centro, and related dining experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of food & beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting is required.
• Strong customer service, analytical, communication, presentation, training and coaching skills are necessary.
• Excellent organizational abilities and professional appearance.
• Current TIPS Certification and Food Handlers Card required at managerial level.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain high quality Omni service standards across all F&B outlets and pool operations.
• Oversee and mentor Outlet Managers in leadership development, goal setting and training plans.
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, hiring, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and liquor regulations.
