Job summary

Meadowood Napa Valley is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead The Pool, Terrace Café, Forum, and Private Dining. You will coach and develop a professional F&B staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and a warm Napa Valley welcome.

The role requires deep knowledge of wine, cuisine, and Forbes standards, with a focus on staff growth and consistent service. Reporting to the F&B Director, you will manage budgets, labor and purchasing, supervise supervisors, monitor compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Food and Beverage management.
• Two years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, preferably at a Relais & Chateaux hotel.
• Food service experience, front and back of house.
• Strong knowledge of wines, focusing on Napa Valley and California wineries.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest satisfaction initiatives across all F&B venues and monitor service standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of F&B staff and supervisors.
• Manage budgets, labor, and cost of sale within targets and provide monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and Forbes standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with F&B Director to drive continuous improvement and guest experiences.
