Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Senior F&B Outlet Manager to lead outlet managers and supervisors, drive exceptional guest experiences, and manage profitability within luxury hotel settings.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, scheduling, and maintaining high service standards across all F&B areas, including A&O, IRD & Pool, and Blend. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in Food & Beverage with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotel service standards and guest relations.
• Proven ability to lead staff in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Experience in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outlet managers and supervisors of F&B outlets.
• Ensure service excellence and adherence to standards; manage guest concerns.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and appraisals.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and analyze profitability.
• Plan promotions with Marketing; manage safety and compliance.
