Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Director of Outlets to coordinate and supervise all F&B operations across the property, ensuring high-quality products and Forbes-standard service levels. The role includes budgeting, staffing, and driving profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The position requires leadership across Restaurant, Bar, In Room Dining and Cafe outlets, with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with hotel leadership and departments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a luxury hotel; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience as a department head.
• Bachelor Degree Required
• Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all F&B personnel.
• Maintain floor presence to drive guest experience.
• Hands-on leadership and ongoing training to align with Forbes standard.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing the F&B budget and monitor department performance.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain profitable operations.
• Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues.
