Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Manager in unit operations, floor management, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will help manage food and beverage service, equipment, and property while supporting company initiatives and financial goals.

The role focuses on developing a high-performing team, delivering consistent customer service, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the dining area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in related management.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize priorities and lead a team; strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and proactive assistance to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints per service standards.
• Supervise setup and maintenance of dining areas, cashier stations, and food stations to meet quality standards.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train hourly staff and monitor performance.
• Maintain safe facility environment and notify Manager of safety or quality issues.
