Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be certified in an approved alcohol awareness course.
• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume buffet or à la carte restaurant environment.
• Ability to obtain/renew required licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations and staff to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Hold pre-shift meetings and determine station assignments and break schedules.
• Evaluate performance, cover call-outs, and handle guest opportunities and team member issues.
• Requisition and issue products; monitor equipment and stock levels and ensure areas are functional.
