Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Wine and liquor knowledge required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house operations of beverage operations or food outlets.
• Ensure established recipes are adhered to in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Train and supervise all team members to ensure consistency of service.
