Job summary

Odawa Casino Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Services Supervisor to assist the Executive Restaurant & Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets. The role focuses on staffing, training, and service quality to ensure a superior guest experience.

The position requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of wines and mixology, and the ability to manage costs while upholding company standards. This on-site role supports events, promotions, and shift coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years’ experience, two as Food and/or Beverage Supervisor or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Wines and Mixology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Restaurant & Bar Manager in overall operation of food & beverage outlets.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; enforce policies and discipline as needed.
• Foster learning and development; provide feedback to achieve goals.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and events; support cost controls and budgeting.
• Prepare and maintain daily financial tools and reports; ensure revenue is accurately captured.
