Responsibilities

• Attends regular meetings organized by management.
• Plans, organizes, and supervises all food and drink sales with Food and Beverage Director.
• Ensures safety and sanitary laws are strictly adhered to; monitors alcohol service and responsible guest relations.
• Coordinates and conducts training among service staff to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Supervises staff performance and ensures proper staffing for projected volumes.
• Maintains personal appearance standards and Isleta Resort and Casino uniforms.
