Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the facility floor and manage bar operations as Manager on Duty in a Las Vegas venue. You will handle inventory, oversee ordering, ensure compliance with health and alcohol service rules, and supervise teams across departments.

Training will cover arcade responsibilities as needed. The role emphasizes guest service, security awareness, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months supervising a bar or kitchen with food safety and alcohol service compliance.
• Experience with inventory management and/or ordering.
• Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Arcade/entertainment venue experience not required; full training provided.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must obtain SNHD Food Handler Card, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card, and Non-Gaming Sheriff's Work Card.

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising the entire facility floor while serving as Manager on Duty, with a strong focus on food and beverage operations. This person will spend approximately half their shift at the bar, overseeing F&B inventory and assisting with weekly ordering and monthly inventory counts. Candidates should already have working knowledge of food safety, alcohol service, and inventory management; arcade-specific duties will be trained on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Leadership (as Manager on Duty)

• Supervise full facility operations, including the arcade floor, during scheduled shifts
• Lead and support team members across departments; delegate tasks and address staffing challenges
• Serve as a point of contact for guest concerns; resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Remain vigilant for security risks, theft, or over-service concerns and act per company protocol
• Enforce policies per the FEG/CCME Employee Policy and Procedure Handbook
• Be trained on and capable of overseeing all Arcade Attendant responsibilities
• Collaborate with the General Manager on staff performance and development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
