Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. in Gurnee, IL is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to oversee all food & beverage operations in our bowling center and arcade environment. You will forecast, plan and manage orders, staff and finances to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Open availability 10AM–2AM and ability to supervise alcohol service; responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and leading the F&B team to motivate and engage colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or two-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation for quality.
• Test cooked food by tasting and smelling to ensure palatability and flavor.
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verify product quality and quantity.
• Monitor budgets and payroll records and ensure expenditures are authorized.
• Lead F&B team by recruiting, training and appraising talent.
• Provide two-way communication and foster an ownership culture with teamwork.
