Job summary

The role focuses on overseeing daily outlet operations, supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with other F&B managers to ensure smooth service, budgeting, and compliance with liquor laws and SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• 4-year college degree or 2-year degree with related experience.
• Long hours may be required.
• Effective verbal and written communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel and assist on the floor as needed.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and inform senior staff of issues.
• Prepare and submit required reports on wage progress, payroll, revenue, schedules, and plans.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and sanitation regulations and SOPs.
