Job summary

The Food & Beverage Manager at ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE partners with the Food & Beverage Management Team to supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations across Restaurant, Bar, Banquet, and Kitchen functions, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage experience; supervisory experience in full-service or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, banquet, kitchen, and function areas.
• Lead and support service and culinary teams to ensure efficient operations and an excellent guest experience.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management in collaboration with HR and the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Promote communication and teamwork between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Supervise cash handling, inventory, and cost controls; manage staff development.
