Wawa in Florida is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring a fresh, efficient, and customer‑focused experience every day. You’ll work with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive excellence.

You’ll own F&B programs, train Customer Service Associates, and lead scheduling and team development while maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership experience in food service or retail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency. Monitor trends and work with peers to create action plans to optimize results.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development. Recognize great performance and help Associates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations.
