Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of F&B or related experience.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily F&B shift operations and ensures compliance with policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintains operating budget and verifies standards and legal obligations are followed.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.

Education
