Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
• Lead a Food & Beverage team, assign daily tasks, and oversee inventory and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain brand standards.
• Uphold Food Safety policies, train team members, and conduct daily standards walks.
