Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel New York seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead outlets including in-room dining, restaurants, and banquets, with a focus on service excellence and brand integrity. You will champion a culture of hospitality and drive performance through inventory, budgeting, and team development.

You will partner with the AV team, vendors, and senior leadership to deliver authentic experiences and profitable operations, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage all department operations.
• Establish and maintain accurate inventory records; participate in inventories.
• Monitor operations to ensure consistent service sequence and brand standards.
• Oversee IRD, banquet, catering, and restaurant teams; act on staff and guest feedback.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, storage, and security of department equipment.
• Work with AV team to meet client needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; develop business plans.
• Develop strategies aligned with the Hard Rock brand; assign roles and accountability.
• Analyze financial opportunities, cost controls, productivity, and revenue generation.
• Monitor sales, revenues and expenses; adjust strategies and forecasts.
