Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee reservations, events, and daily outlets. You will manage front-of-house teams, coordinate with culinary staff, and ensure service standards that reflect the brand's legendary hospitality.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior service experience, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Strong communication, organization, and guest relation skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations across outlets, ensuring seamless service and brand standards.
• Lead and coach front-of-house staff; assist with scheduling and training.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by engaging on the floor and addressing concerns promptly.
• Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and NYC DOH regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with culinary and events teams for reservations, contracts, and menus.
• Support payroll accuracy, inventory, and cost controls as needed.
