Job summary

Hard Rock International New York is seeking a Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations Supervisor to oversee reservations and inquiries, coordinating communications across outlets and supporting event and dining operations. You will provide administrative and operational support including payroll administration for culinary and F&B teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining guest relations, supervising staff, and upholding Hard Rock standards while working in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle guest interactions with tact and professionalism.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is most active.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations across outlets to ensure seamless service and brand standard adherence.
• Lead front-of-house team, assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Engage on the floor to resolve guest concerns and maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution, quality, timing, and presentation.
