Job summary

The Aha! Connection seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Director to manage dining rooms, banquet spaces, and member dining services. You will lead staff, maintain appearance and hospitality standards, and work within budget while developing programs to increase sales.

You will supervise staff, implement training, handle recruitment and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/associate degree in hospitality or culinary arts.
• Alcohol service certifications (TIPS, pouring permit) required or preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management and financial reports.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and budgeting.
• Supervise and train dining room staff; ensure standards and policies.
• Recruit, performance reviews, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Develop training programs and ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
• Coordinate with marketing to attract customers.
