Job summary

Live! Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure guest service standards, and train managers and staff. The role emphasizes compliance with PLCB and gaming regulations, inventory and cost controls, and delivering high-quality beverage and food service.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, uphold sanitation and safety regulations, and contribute to profitability while reflecting the brand values in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret restaurant operation results.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to perform duties under pressures.
• Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and OSHA regulations.
• Serv-Safe and RAMP certified.
• Irregular work schedule.
• Ability to perform duties in an interruptive environment.
• Accuracy in completing duties on time.
• Full working knowledge of POS.
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program.
• Mathematical skills: budgeting, profit/loss, percentages, variances.
• Licensure required by State Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food & beverage operations and staff.
• Ensure policy and guest service standards are followed by staff.
• Train managers and hourly employees and maintain open communication between personnel.
• Maintain beverage/food inventories and quality control with the service of alcohol.
• Ensure quality control and timeliness of beverage/food service.
• Assist in controlling labor/beverage/food costs for the department.
• Know and enforce safety procedures to protect employees and guests.
• Ensure compliance with PLCB regulations and liquor laws.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state gaming regulations.
• Aim to achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability within all beverage/food areas.
• Maintain company operating standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism reflecting brand and company values.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to enhance experiences and sales.
