Responsibilities

• Oversee bartenders, beverage servers, and bar attendants during shifts.
• Ensure staffing aligns with forecasted volume and budget.
• Communicate policy changes to the team.
• Report issues to Beverage Manager and other departments.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Support departments with requests.
• Monitor guest flow and labor needs during peak periods.
