Live! Casino Pittsburgh seeks an experienced casino Pit Manager to oversee table game operations and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. You will supervise Dealers, Floor Supervisors, and Dual-Rate staff, while coordinating with the Shift Manager to achieve top performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and a proven track record in security and loss prevention, with the ability to manage a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of dealer/floor/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee pit operations and table game performance.
Supervise pit staff (Dealers, Supervisors) and ensure policy adherence.
Collaborate with other departments to drive table game success.
Monitor player activity, credits, markers, and rundowns.
Develop staff through interviews, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Review departmental financial data and game promotions.
