You will lead outlet staff, manage budgets, train employees on SOPs, monitor service standards, handle guest concerns, and collaborate with other managers to promote promotions and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with all staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; participate in MOD coverage.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the F&B outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel and respond to guest complaints.
• Monitor revenue, payroll, and labor budgets.
• Coordinate menu planning and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and training.
