Job summary

Universal Kids Resort is seeking a supervisor to monitor the operation of assigned Food & Beverage locations, lead and train Team Members, and ensure guest service standards are met across indoor and open-air venues.

You will assist management, conduct daily meetings, train new staff, manage opening/closing duties, and uphold safety and service protocols to deliver a world-class guest experience at the Universal Kids Resort.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Consistent attendance is a job requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Management with the consistent execution of guest service and operational standards.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, safety spot talks, and document team performance.
• Train new Team Members and monitor onboarding to ensure proficiency.
• Perform opening/closing duties, adjust staffing and schedules to park attendance.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities and company policy.
