Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee a designated outlet, manage daily operations, and uphold service standards.

You will help optimize guest satisfaction, monitor budgets, and collaborate with leadership to maintain safe, efficient service environments while complying with gaming regulations. A2+ years in F&B preferred; 21+; strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of Food & Beverage experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence professionally.
• Comfortable presenting information to managers, clients, and guests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Solid math skills, including rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a designated Food & Beverage outlet and manages daily operations during assigned shifts.
• Supports and monitors operational goals, performance metrics, and profit objectives.
• Creates efficient staff schedules that balance labor costs and guest satisfaction.
• Assists in budgeting and ensures budget compliance.
• Promotes superior customer service standards and resolves service issues.
