Adventureland Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern (Event Coordinator) to support the F&B department during the summer season. You will assist with special events, supervise event staff, and coordinate with culinary and marketing teams to create memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and practical operations knowledge in a fast-paced amusement park setting.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or at least 2+ years undergraduate study in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, Event Management, or a related major.
• 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in an event, guest experience or hospitality related role.
• Experience in amusement/attraction environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B special events team and other departments.
• Plan and execute special events such as concerts and seasonal festivals.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Marketing teams to produce marketing materials.
• Assist with product ordering, stocking, inventory, and event-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations and resolve guest concerns.
