Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate or 2+ years of undergraduate study in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Business Management, Event Management, or related major.
• 1+ years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Must be Bartender/Server Certified (TIPS, RAMP, I-PACT, or similar) or obtain within 30 days of hire where required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the daily operations of the bar and alcohol serving facilities and related departments.
• Lead by example and mentor assigned hosts to uphold standards.
• Backfill essential duties for F&B positions as needed and ensure compliance with alcohol serving practices.
• Plan and execute large events such as Oktoberfest with thousands of attendees.
• Coordinate with supervision teams to manage inventory, scheduling, and guest service.
