Kohler Co. is offering a 6-month Internship in Food & Beverage at Whistling Straits, onsite in Kohler, WI. The role rotates across FOH and BOH operations, exposing you to service, training, inventory, and procedures, with involvement in menu development and events.

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality program, be at least 18, and be available May through October. This part-time internship supports various outlets and includes cross-training and project exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college seeking a degree in Hospitality or Resort Management.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the restaurant floor and facilitate FOH-BOH communication.
• Assist with food and beverage orders and ensure quality presentation.
• Train in all restaurant positions to understand BOH and FOH roles.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and labor controls.
• Lead opening and closing procedures for assigned outlet.
• Participate in inventory management and cost controls.
