Job summary

Kohler Food & Beverage internship is onsite in Kohler, WI. Interns rotate through front and back of house, gaining exposure to service, training, inventory, and special projects like menu development and dining events.

Applicants must be enrolled in a Hospitality or Resort Management program, be 18 or older, and have prior F&B experience preferred. Pay ranges from $12.80 to $20.00 per hour for a 6-month term from May through October.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Resort Management program.
• F&B experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restaurant floor and communication between FOH & BOH.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll and labor controls.
• Train in all restaurant positions to understand FOH/BOH roles.
• Help with purchasing, invoicing and daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead opening and closing procedures for assigned outlets.
