Job summary

Kohler Food & Beverage interns will rotate through our outlets focusing on both Front of the House and Back of the House operations. Interns will observe service, training, inventory management, associate management, and participate in projects such as menu development and special dining events.

This is an onsite internship in Kohler, WI, running May through October. Applicants must be enrolled in college, 18+, and authorized to work in the US; duties include scheduling, cash handling, and guest

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a college or university seeking a degree in Hospitality or Resort Management.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the restaurant floor and coordinate FOH/BOH communication.
• Train in all restaurant positions to understand each role.
• Assist with schedules, payroll, and labor control.
• Manage inventory and control costs; reconcile paperwork.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform server, bartender, and host duties as needed.
