Job summary

Hilton Chicago Northbrook is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Banquet and Pantry operations. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, high standards of food quality, staff development, cost control and profitability.

You will lead social media promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and grow banquet bookings and overall revenue. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality/F&B management or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of F&B/hospitality management experience preferred.
• Experience managing restaurant, bar, banquet and/or catering operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high quality food and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee bar operations, inventory, beverage costing and compliance with policies/licensing.
• Manage banquet/event operations and coordinate menus, setups and service requirements.
• Supervise pantry operations, maintain stock levels and sanitation standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate staff; develop incentive programs.
• Coordinate social media promotion and campaigns to increase engagement and revenue.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses and costs; optimize labor and food/beverage profitability.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety compliance.
