Job summary

The Cliff House Maine is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the F&B team, handling administrative tasks and ensuring guest service excellence in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

You will assist with reservations, event coordination, menu support, and communications, while maintaining confidentiality and strong organizational skills. This role reports to the F&B Managers and participates in training and SOP development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or two years related experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties and support Tiller leadership with scheduling.
• Take reservations and confirm OpenTable bookings daily.
• Handle inquiries and bookings for events and meetings.
• Assist in menu design and signage for events.
• Submit and follow through with maintenance requests.
• Arrange for office equipment maintenance or technical support.
• Distribute event requests and liaise between F&B and other departments.
• Monitor F&B website information and entertainment schedules.
• Create and maintain monthly events calendar.
