The role collaborates with Sales & Marketing to promote offerings through seasonal promotions and memorable guest experiences.

With 4+ years in progressive F&B management (preferably Hyatt), you will lead, train, and develop the team, ensure Hyatt standards, and drive financial performance

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume F&B operations and guest service.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel outlet operations in front and back of house.
• Develop and manage budgets, concepts, and objectives.
• Collaborate with Culinary leaders on menu rotations and staff training.
• Lead promotions and seasonal offerings for F&B outlets.
• Direct payroll, reporting, forecasting, inventory and budget processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
