Job summary

The Biltmore Company is seeking an on-site F&B Assistant Operations Analyst in Asheville, NC, to analyze department records, manage payroll, and support HR processes. The role emphasizes financial tracking, reporting, and accuracy in a historic hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily flash/DSSR reporting, labor and sales analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing leadership with timely metrics. Strong Excel skills and software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education or certifications preferred.
• Ideal candidate has accounting and/or hospitality admin background.
• Proficient in Excel and complex spreadsheets; capable of building Excel macros (VBA).
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive, or similar business-analysis software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Over-see all major financial reporting needs for the F&B department, including daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Develop, maintain and analyze department tracking and reporting tools.
• Provide labor analyses and pricing/cost trends to assist management decisions.
• Collaborate with accounting, purchasing and HR on month-end processes and data accuracy.
• Manage payroll functions and Workday/Adaptive reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting for estate and lodging F&B.
