Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 2 to serve as a strategic partner, aligning business goals with technology solutions that enhance guest experience and drive revenue.

You will own initiatives from concept through delivery, lead cross-functional teams, translate complex processes into actionable requirements, and design scalable systems and workflows. The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL experience, and a proactive mindset in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and technology solutions, preferably within the attractions, hospitality, beverage, or entertainment industry.
• Experience with attraction management systems, ticketing systems, POS systems, or CRM software is highly desirable.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA or related certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes with stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering and document specifications.
• Design, implement, and integrate system solutions and data flows.
• Manage cross-functional projects with planning and risk management.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and support change management.
• Maintain system documentation and vendor relationships.
• Balance daily support with larger system modernization efforts.
