Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in business analysis or project management.
• Experience translating complex processes into technology solutions that improve operations and guest experiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of specs.
• Design, configure, and implement system solutions including data transformations and integrations.
• Manage cross-functional projects with planning, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Coordinate testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure requirements are met.
